Notre directrice générale, Andréanne Martin, nous a informés de sa décision de retourner à ses anciens amours et de prendre la direction du Club de tennis Île des Sœurs où elle a déjà œuvré pendant 15 ans avant de se joindre à Tennis Québec en 2016.
D’abord directrice du développement régional et technique, Andréanne a su gravir les échelons et est devenue directrice générale en 2021. Depuis lors, elle a su mener à bien plusieurs projets transformationnels chez Tennis Québec tels que la refonte de la gouvernance, la nouvelle planification stratégique, le recrutement de nouveaux membres de l’équipe actuelle, le tout en maintenant un niveau d’activités élevé tant sur le plan participatif que compétitif. Je tiens à la remercier pour son engagement, sa contribution importante et sa bonne humeur continuelle.
Andréanne demeurera dans ses fonctions jusqu’au 5 juillet 2024. L’intérim sera ensuite assuré par David Marandon, directeur des opérations, et Martin Gariépy, directeur de la participation, qui s’assureront de la bonne marche des activités de Tennis Québec, tout en étant appuyés par le Conseil d’administration de Tennis Québec.
Un processus de recrutement sera entamé le plus rapidement possible. Nous espérons pourvoir le poste d’ici quelques mois.

Tennis Québec announces the departure of its Executive Director
Our Executive Director, Andréanne Martin, has informed us of her decision to return and take over the management of Club de tennis Île des Sœurs, where she had worked for 15 years before joining Tennis Québec in 2016.
Starting out as Regional Development and Technical Director, Andréanne rose through the ranks to become Executive Director in 2021. Since then, she has successfully led several transformational projects at Tennis Québec, such as the overhaul of governance, new strategic planning, and the recruitment of new members to the current team, all while maintaining a high level of activity on both a participatory and competitive level. I’d like to thank her for her commitment, her important contribution and her constant good humour.
Andréanne will remain in her position until July 5, 2024. After that, David Marandon, Director of Operations, and Martin Gariépy, Director of Participation, will take over the interim management of Tennis Québec, with the support of the Tennis Québec Board of Directors.
A recruitment process will be launched as soon as possible. We hope to fill the position within a few months.
